To clarify the mechanisms of clinical mucosal immunological response in humans, alpha-GalactosylCeramide-pulsed dendritic cells (DCs) were administered to patients with head and neck cancer, and the migration of these DCs are then studied extensively. The immunological responses, safety are also investigated.
