Narrative objectives1
The aim of the present study is to establish new triage system and compare the value of pre- to post-introduction of the system in Tsukuba university hospital. We examine medical data, which are diagnosis, age, past history, outcome, administered medical department, time to treatment, emergency score, and prognosis of 100 patients, respectively, in one group. We have a questionnaire to all patients visiting ER and medical staff.

After introduction of new triage system, we examine medical data, which are diagnosis, age, past history, outcome, administered medical department, time to treatment, emergency score, and prognosis of 200 patients who apply emergency room in Tsukuba university hospital from Jun, 2011 to January, 2013.
