The infant whose body weigt >=750g,with Mechanical ventilation

Key exclusion criteria

Thoracocyllosis
Dysplasia of air way, bronchi and lung.
Significant leak under normal ventilation (>30%)
positive end expiratory pressure (peep)>7cmH20
