1. To verify whether use of excimer laser makes percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) safer in acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients.
2. To verify whether use of excimer laser for predilatation contributes to successful PCI to coronary artery stenosis with severe atherosclerotic change.
To verify whether use of excimer laser in PCI to contribute to the safety PCI by preventing thrombus occlusion or plaque embolism. To verify whether use of excimer laser for predilatation contribute successful rate of PCI in patients who were not treated successfully with conventional PCI such as ballooning or stenting without excimer laser.
