Chronomodulated HAI chemotherapy group
The patients of this group will receive 6 cycles of chronomodulated HAI chemotherapy with 5-FU/LV/L-OHP before hepatectomy for liver metastases from colorectal cancer
Chronomodulated HAI chemotherapy with Panitumumab group
The patients of this group will receive 6 cycles of chronomodulated HAI chemotherapy with 5-FU/LV/L-OHP and Panitumumab before hepatectomy for liver metastases from colorectal cancer
