Healthy adults who are able to cycle and no known cardiovascular illness

Individuals in which submaximal cycling exercise is contraindicated and subject refusal

Kinesiotape did not significantly alter VO2 peak of healthy individual during submaximal cycling tests. Effect of inappropriately applied tape was no more inferior to the recommended application method.
