Medicine |
The aripiprazole administrated group performs a change form medicine before intervention within three months and does it with the single administration.A period is 12 months and starts at 6-12mg/day and it is available to a maximum of 30mg/day and does 6-24mg with a maintenance dose.
The risperidone administrated group performs a change form medicine before intervention within three months and does it with the single administration.A period is 12 months and starts at 1-2mg/day and it is available to a maximum of 8mg/day and does 1-6mg with a maintenance dose.

Male and Female
A participant is the patient who has a diagnosis of schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder in DSM-4 or DSM-5, and used antipsychotic drug is within 1200mg/day by CP conversion, and has more than 70 estimated IQ before onset by JART.
The person who has a different mental disease in DSM-4 or DSM-5.
A person with strong suicidal ideation and material-dependent past.
A person with the past of the disease of brain tissues such as a severe head injury, the cerebrovascular disorder.
A person with the past of physically serious medical history.
A person with the past of daibetes.
A pregnant person or a person with the pregnancy possibility and lactating.
The person who uses a long-term acting antiphychotic drug(depot preparation) within three weeks before intervention.
The person who is forbidden to use aripiprazole or risperidone on an appended paper.
