To examine the safety and diagnostic yield in EUS-FNA of using the puncture needle with a side hole (EchoTip ProCore), by comparing the results of each puncture needle diameter and suction method.

Male and Female
Mass (Pancreatic tumor or lymph node swelling or submucosal tumor) of 7mm or more.
Requirement of pathological or cytological diagnosis for treatment.
Informed consent voluntary patient himself was obtained in writing.
Mass of 6mm or less.
High riks for complications.
Severe dysfunction in other organs.
Inability to obtain informed consent.
