A catheter is placed in the right femoral vein for blood pressure monitoring. Femoral venous pressure was measured at intra-abdominal pressure of 8,10,12and 15mmHG in three different position(supine position, Trendelenburg position, reverse Trendelenburg position)

1)Planned to receive laparoscopic surgery
2)Able to provide written informed consent.
1)Severe or uncontrollable complications, such as cardiovascular impairment, infection, and pulmonary disease
2)Severe intra-abdominal Adhesions.
3)Patients who was judged to be inappropriate for this study by each investigators
