There is no statistically difference in Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) during activity and at rest at postoperative 4 hours,24 hours, 48 hours in lumbar plexus block group and fascia iliaca block group.
There is also no statistically difference in number of requests and enforcementfor Intravenous-patient controlled analgesia(IV-PCA) and dose of IV-PCA.
The block enforcement time of fascia iliaca block is significantly shorter than that of lumbar plexus block.
There is no complication in both group.
