1)Diagnosed as having thoracic malignancies
2)Medically inoperable
3)performance status 0-2
4)16 - 90 years old
5)projected life expectancy of greater than 6 months
6)consent obtained from the attending physician who treats primary tumor (only for patients with metastatic lung tumor)
7)possible to visit the clinic every 3 months after treatment
8)provision of written informed consent
1)abnormal coagulability
2)active bleeding
3)active infection
4)untreatable brain tumor
5)general anesthesia
6)impossible to communicate
7)prognosis limiting lesion out of thorax
8)more than 10 tumors
9)judged as inadequate by physician
