2. The number of patients that a resident sees during the duty.
3. How difficult the resident feel during the duty.

1. The number of transferred patients during the duty hour

4. How tired the resident feels during the duty.

PGY-2 residents who see the transferred patients between 2 pm and 10 pm on weekdays.
Key exclusion criteria
PGY-2 residents who see the transferred patients on weekends and holidays.
