Patients of congenital heart disease with increased pulmonary blood flow results in reduced systemic blood flow, which may result in shock. Nitrogen inhalation therapy is widely known to be an effective treatment for congestive heart failure due to increased pulmonary blood flow and contribute to improve general conditon. We aimed to analyze this nitrogen inhalation could improve patient condition (blood pressure, stabilize respiratory condition and heart rate, increase urin output, improve acidemia).
