Objectives

Narrative objectives1

It has been suggested that pharmacists wearing the mask during medication instruction may be a factor that hinders the consulted patient behavior. In the scene where the consumer is trying to ask questions about OTC drugs to pharmacists, the impression that the consumer receives from the state of the pharmacist is thought to be an important factor.
So, that the expression of the pharmacist is hidden by the mask wearing, we thought to affect the consultation action against pharmacist of consumers. And, to reveal whether there is any difference in the psychological distance or barrier of impressions and mind to be given to the consumer by the wear of normal mask, which a part of the view of the expression is hidden or the transparent mask ,facial expression can be seen.
