Other

Other related information

The present study is cross-sectional study in which the high-fat diet loading test was conducted in fasting patients in the morning of the second day of hospital stay. Blood samples were collected before high-fat diet loading as well as 1, 2, 3 and 4 h after loading. The Endo-PAT test was performed before and 4 h after high-fat diet loading to measure the reactive hyperemia index (RHI), a marker of vascular endothelial function.
