deference of mean Neuropsychiatric
Inventory(NPI)score between single
arms at 3 months after the starting
point.
1. The deference of ADR between
single arms at 3 months after the

months after the starting point.

-participants should be a user of the
long term care insurance and the level
of 'ADL of people with dementia' is
greater than II in the long term care
insurance assessment scheme in
Japan.
-participants should be a user of
surveyed dementia day service center.
-65 years or older at starting point
-consent to participate in writing
-participants should have NPI
-Difficult to follow up 3 months after
staring observation
-Retract of concentration
-Other severe medical condition with
dementia
-Judged to be difficult to participant by
principle investigator for reasons other
than listed above.

3 month's execution of the Gamification applies recreation , we will measure the change by the evaluation with Interview evaluation by the NPI in the front and back.
By the parallel staff behavior measurement, to investigate the degree of influence do the workload survey of nursing staff.
These investivated data will be analyzed by Data Mining methodology to find out the new mesuerment for these infruence of Gamification applied recreation infruence.
