In the present study, an attempt is made to examine the efficacy of long-term (3 months) administration of high dosage betahistine (72mg/day) in patients with unilateral peripheral vestibulopathy such as vestibular neuritis, who have been successfully treated with short-term (4 weeks) administration of high dosage of betahistine. For this purpose, we evaluate their score of Dizziness Handicap Inventory and vestibular function.
