Assessment

Primary outcomes

A blood sampling is carried out before training, 0 min after training, 15 minutes after training, 30 minutes after training. We measure Growth hormone, testosterone, cortisol, lactic acid, oxidative stress. We compared the numerical value of between three trial.and differences in recovery process environment after the resistance training in a hypoxic environment to evaluate the effect of hormone secretion and oxidative stress.
