Male and Female
(a)patients with COPD planning coronary CT angiography who are suspected obstructive coronary artery disease
(b) age over 20 years old, both male and female
(c) Patients who gave written informed consent after hearing sufficient and appropriate explanation of this study
(a) Severe heart failure (HYHA class III or IV)
(b)Systolic blood pressure <100mmHg
(c) RR interval >240ms
(d) AV block of grade II or III
(e) Heart rate <60 beats/min.
(f)Patients receiving oral beta blockers
(g) LV dysfunction (EF<30%)
(h)Patients having allergy to landiolol
(i)Pregnant, breastfeed, or possibly pregnant women
(j)Diabetic ketoacidosis or metabolic acidosis
(k)Patients after coronary stent implantation
(l)Patients having pacemaker of ICD
(m)Patients who are considered inappropriate for this study
