Male and Female
(1) Histological or cytological diagnosis of non-small-cell lung cancer at primary site
(2) Follow-up or predicting anticancer therapy
(3) More than 3 months' life expectancy prognosis
(4) ECOG performance status 0-2
(5) Ability to communicate and write in Japanese
(6) Written informed consent by patient
(1) Disturbance of consciousness
(2) Severe physical disorder such as pain, dyspnea, fatigue, nause, or vomiting
(3) Severe mental disorder such as delirium and dementia
(4) Participation in other trial
(5) Patients incapable of completing this study as determined by the primary physician or investigator
