Healthy person who weighs over 50kg.
1) The person who has the following medical history-cardiac diasease, malignant tumor, hematologic disease, asthma, allergic disease, cerebrovascular disease, nephrotic syndrome, viral hepatitis/HIV
2) The person who donates blood over three times per one year.

1.Collecting the blood sample (200ml) from healthy person who meet the inclusion criteria. The sample is separated and refined into red blood cell, fresh frozen plasma and platelet concentrate.
2. Analyze micro RNAs in blood products inclusively with next generation sequencer
3. Assessing micro RNAs quantitatively with real time PCR, which have time dependent change in step 2.
