Objectives
Narrative objectives1 Hospital based nurses' quality of life is affected by job satisfaction, job stress, social support, and stress coping ability. This relationship seems comparable even if country is different. Recently, nurses travel and immigrate from own country to developed county to get better quality of life. However, dynamic comparison of quality of life and identify related variables among different country is limited. Asian data for nurses' quality of life is also limited. Our study aims are to 1) compare nurses' quality of life across Asian countries, and 2) identify related variables with quality of life. Work life balance is also investigated.
Basic objectives2 Others
