Malignancy
YES
We comprehensively analyzed the T cell receptor TCR sequence of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) and tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) before and after chemotherapy for colorectal cancer, and compared the CTL and TIL induced in the peripheral blood Search for repertoire, Cetuximab By comparing used / non-used cases, we investigated whether Cetuximab induces anti-tumor CTL, and also identify biomarkers on the effectiveness of various chemotherapeutic agents
Bio-availability
Identification of biomarkers involved in the efficacy of Cetuximab
