Test meal : ingestion of persimmon leaf powder (4g) in water (200mL) with Koshihikari white (147g) > Washout period : one week >Control meal : ingestion of water (200mL) with Koshihikari white rice (147g)
Control meal : ingestion of water (200m) with Koshihikari white rice (147g) > Washout period : one week > Test meal : ingestion of persimmon leaf powder (4g) in water (200mL) with Koshihikari white rice (147g)

Male and Female
1.Volunteers of higher IAUC responders to white rice in healthy subjects, by finger - prick blood measurement at 0 (pre intake), 15, 30, 45, 60, 90 and 120min post intake of white rice.
2.Volunteers being able to make self-judging to participate in this study and giving written informed consent.
3.Volunteers having screening test result judged to be appropriate for this study by investigator.
1.Volunteers having severe history of the diseases(liver,kidney,hert,blood) judged to be inappropriate for this study.
2.Volunteers received gastrectomy , enterectomy, and gastro-intestinal diseases, judged to be inappropriate for this study.
3.Volunteers having diabetes.
4.Volunteers rejected participating in this study by chief investigator.
