Results
The ratio of males to females was 4:1, with more males than females, and the ages of the participants were in their 30s (42) and 40s (35), accounting for 88.5% of the total. The level of satisfaction with the training was high, and the total self-assessment score of communication skills (CS) before the course was significantly higher in the group with more than 10 years of teaching experience than in the group with less than 10 years of teaching experience.
