All the medical workers working in the wards above
Nurse assistants care workers physical therapists and occupational therapists
All the patients coming in the wards above d only patients or their deputies and the staffs who agree to be a subject after we explain the aim of our research
If the patient is intellectually difficult to agree or under 20 years old we explain to their deputies and get agreement

All the medical workers who work in the subject wards during the research periods
100 patients each month those who enter the
subject wards
4 Way to measure medical work
Way to measure the action of medical workers
Every day and every night during the research periods all the nurses nurse assistants care workers physical therapists and occupational therapists working at orthopedic surgery ward and regional comprehensive care ward carry iPod touch with them and work as usual and measure all actions every 24 hours
5 Getting information where the staffs are
We set beacons which communicate with the iPod touch all over the subject ward and get information where the medical workers area By setting 2or3 beacons in each bed we can know that the nurses are giving nursing care to the patient We are going to set 200-300 beacons in each wards By setting BLE beacons in staffstation and conference room we can measure how long they were occupying themselves with looking or entering electric medical records

Nurses and nurse assistants input nursingservices they done in iPod touch
Nursing services they can input are indicated by Japan nursing association 115 nursingservices are indicated
