The aim of this study was to investigate effects of the motor control exercise on the neuromuscular control of deep abdominal muscles in subjects with non specific chronic low back pain during external loading tasks.

to have low back pain for 3 months or more,

Key exclusion criteria

no history of spinal injuries or surgeries in the past
no signs from neurological conditions
no history of medical intervention of motor control exercise
