This study will conduct a rigorous, transparent and comprehensive search of the literature of LLLT dosages and outcomes for neuromusculoskeletal conditions with different energy densities applied. It will analyze and summarize the findings to answer the research question and provide the clinician with direction to LLLT optimal utilization for common neuromusculoskeletal conditions.

Inclusions: Qualitative studies. Clinical outcomes
Studies will be included if they delineate the following:
Dosage- either by the wavelength of the light utilized, the delineation of type of light administration (continuous, pulsed or super-pulsed as well as the pulsed frequency, if applicable)
Power via average wattage, peak watts.
Duration time of treatment
Frequency of treatment
Size of area of treatment
Number of treatments applied
Depth of penetration
Exclusions: Gray Literature, Clinical studies on children under 20 years old.
