6 months after completion of the educational program, the number of people with continued research themes increased

1.Increase in utilization status of previous research in nursing practice and conference
2.Depending on the advice received from the students, the number of nurses 'third case nurses' case study plan "start research without modification", "start research after amendment" increased, and "resubmit or personal interviewer" decreased
3.Number of conference presentations, Number of articles increased
4.Increase number of members joining the conference
5.Increase in those who start thinking about going to graduate school
6.Attitude to tackle nursing research is positive

Elements of the educational program and training planning
1. Get basic knowledge: Learn about literature search, preparation of research plan, research method, statistics, nursing research ethics
Planning: Nursing research problem solving! Let's learn process of nursing research plan (5 times), study method I learned by case (2 times), medical statistics study meeting
2. Reflect nursing practice: Learn about ways to study nursing practice from a research perspective
Planning: Role playing conferences on difficult cases
3. Learning from the Pioneer: Experienced nursing research experienced cheer for "enhancing research ability" as "advanced"
Planning: Workshop on the research process, discuss with the nurse with master's degree
4. Read the research papers: Choose high-quality research papers and cultivate the ability to criticate papers
Planning: Report on knowledge gained at academic societies and others participating in open seminars at graduate schools at in-hospital nursing research group and nursing quality improvement committee
5. Connect with research practitioners: think about ways to nurture and explore the network between researchers
Planning: Study in collaboration with universities and other departments participating in academic societies, research associations, study groups
6. Hone nursing research skills: Feed research ability through process from selection of research theme to publication
Planning: Three group members conduct group research while being instructed by facilitators. Advise on preparation of a case plan to participate as an observer at the nursing research plan review meeting

Key inclusion criteria

1.Tohoku university hospital Nursing Ability Development System acquired by level 2 or more (equivalent to 5 to 10 years clinical experience)
2.Nurse or midwife wishing to participate in the educational program
3.There is a recommendation of the belonging nurse president (after graduation has a qualification that can become a leader from the viewpoints of research practice and more than the in-hospital presentation, leadership, nursing practical skills etc.), participation permission was obtained Nurse or midwife
4.I have an intention to continue to participate for 2 years
5.Understand the outline of this research in writing, and agree with research cooperation

Key exclusion criteria

1.I have a master's degree or higher
2.Tohoku university hospital Nursing Ability Development System Level 2 and above have not been acquired
3.Education program is not willing to participate, even if there is a willingness to participate, nurse's head nurse's recommendation can not be obtained
4.I can not participate continuously for 2 years
5.I do not agree with this research participation
