Stretching program was 10-min whole body stretching using yoga techniques and poses. Changes in cognitive performance, mood states. cortisol, and autonomic nervous system activity are measured. The results are compared with those obtained in the resting condition.

Key inclusion criteria

(1)healthy but physically inactive
(2)those who can perform stretching exercise

Key exclusion criteria

(1)people whose physical activity, which is determined by the questionnaire (International Physical Activity Questionnaire Short-Version), exceeds 500 METs x minutes/week.
