Narrative objectives1 The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of renal dysfunction, evaluated by grading the chronic kidney disease (CKD), on the retinal microcirculation by laser speckle flowgraphy (LSFG) in patients with diabetes, especially the early stages of retinopathy and nephropathy.
