Key inclusion criteria The eligibility conditions included readiness to participate in the study and self-report scales (PSQ-Op and PSQ-Org) was used to identify the eligible participants.

Results
This study showed that there was no significant difference between the REOHC group and waiting-list control group in initial work-related stress management among staff of Nigerian Police Force. REOHC program had significant impact on work-related stress management among staff of Nigerian Police Force. The results also showed that there was a significant interaction effect of time and group on the work-related stress management among staff of Nigerian Police Force.
