Objectives

Narrative objectives1

We jointly developed an art-based workshop-style health education material that incorporates the concept of gamification with the University of Tsukuba Arts, aiming to improve the amount of physical activity targeted * 3.
The amount of change in physical activity through the implementation of health education for male staff with the aim of increasing the amount of physical activity while enjoying using this teaching material (main evaluation item: medium intensity activity time (more than 4 Mets), deputy) We will verify the improvement of the next evaluation item: the number of steps).

Key inclusion criteria

1) Those who can keep the accelerometer during the study period (10 weeks)
2) Able to participate in all 6 times (1 time / 2 weeks frequency measurement of all 6 accelerometers, including 4 board games)
3) Male hospital staff members aged 20 to 65

Key exclusion criteria

1) A person who is not independent of walking and whose daily living activities are restricted by doctors
2) Those who have exercise habits (exercise for at least 30 minutes a day at least twice a week and continuing for more than a year)
