Cortical hyperexcitability is hypothesized to generate bilateral C-reflex. Cortical hyperexcitablitiy is measured by noninvasive technique.
Evoked magnetic field induced by peripheral stimulation

The average time difference between bilateral cortical activities was 9.4 ms, which was concordant with that of onset-onset delay of bilateral C-reflex. The average wPLI was significantly higher in the patients compared with HCs in specific cortico-cortical connections.

The clinical screening extracted the patients who shoed bilateral C-reflex.
After the clinical screening, non-invasive magnetoencephalography was obtained.
None
