To examine the effect of a multi-domain exercise program aiming to improve physical and cognitive function among older adults
Efficacy
National Center for Geriatrics and Gerontology-Functional Assessment Tool (NCGG-FAT): attention, memory, executive function, and processing speed
Physical function: gait speed, grip strength, one-leg standing time, 30-second chair stand Test
Psychological function: geriatric depression scale (GDS), generalized self-efficacy scale(GSES)
activities of daily living: Activities of Daily Living (ADL)

Intervention group: Attends the multi-domain exercise program 2-3 times per week for 20 weeks (40 sessions)
Control group: Receives 20 weeks of regular recreational activities

1: Individuals in facilities that are able to geographically participate.
2: Individuals who require support or have been certified as need-to-care level 1 by the national long-term care insurance system.
3: Individuals with dementia independence degree I or independent individuals among those who meet inclusion criterion 2.
4: Facilities with 10 or more individuals who meet inclusion criteria 2 and 3.
1: Individuals in facilities that decline participation.
2: Individuals who are unable to provide consent.
