The difference between Pre / Post condition before and 12 weeks after the start of the exam
MRI brain image (brain structure structure, DTI, resting state fMRI)
Physiological index (breathing, heartbeat)
Questionnaire (Gratitude scale, State self-esteem scale, self-compaction scale)
During the study period (once every 4 weeks)
Questionnaire(Rosenberg self-esteem scale, multidimensional assessment of Interoceptive Awareness)
