Narrative objectives1

KM Evaluation, or KME (tentative) was created by the researcher so that people assess their and correct their own movement by themselves. We will evaluate the efficacy of the KME corrective exercises in 2 weeks for subjects' movements that do not meet the KME criteria.

Primary outcomes

Assess the efficacy of the KME corrective exercise program by comparing the difference between the pre and post exercise intervention data after 2 weeks.
The data will be taken using KME, FMS (Functional Movement Screen, the movement screening tool used by physical therapists and athletic trainers), and range of motion .

After doing KME, all subjects perform corrective exercises for the body parts that did not meet KME criteria for 2 weeks, and check the improvement.

Key inclusion criteria

Those who:
- are healthy and have no problems with daily activities
- are aged over 20 and under 60 when signing the participation consent form or when attending the exam.

Key exclusion criteria

Those who:
- have pain
- have problems with daily activities
- are prohibited from exercising by a doctor
- have history of injuries which prevented the person from exercising over a month
