Objectives

Narrative objectives1

Analyzing the effect of hip mobility on trunk movement during a follow-swing will help prevent disorders due to swing motion and assist in conditioning guidance.

Basic objectives2

Others

Basic objectives -Others

It is thought that a decrease in the range of motion of the hip joint may increase trunk extension, rotation, and lateral bending during follow-swing, and increase the load on the lumbar spine.Studies that actually compared physical function and swing motion are limited.

Assessment

Primary outcomes

Measure the range of motion of the trunk flexion and extension, lateral bending, rotation, hip joint flexion and extension, adduction and abduction, and internal rotation and external rotation during the follow swing.
Vicon Nexus2(Inter Reha co., ltd) and 10 cameras are used for the measurement. The camera frequency is set to 250Hz based on previous research.

Key secondary outcomes

Measure the range of motion of trunk flexion and extension, lateral bending, rotation, hip flexion and extension, adduction and abduction, and internal rotation and external rotation according to the methods established by the Japanese orthopaedic association and the Japanese association of rehabilitation medicine.

Interventions/Control_1

After measuring the range of motion , warm up in 10 minutes, including stretching and swinging.
After that, practice tee batting about 10 times.
After practice, place markers on the sternum, C7, xiphoid process, T7, right and left ASIS, PSIS midpoint, left and right greater trochanter, left and right femoral medial epicondyle, left and right femoral lateral epicondyle, bat head, ball Attach it.
Hit the sponge ball with a tee batting.
Hit the ball in the direction of the center.
Dry swing and hits in obviously different directions will be considered failures. The measurement continues until three successful attempts.
The measurement is carried out in one day and takes about 50 minutes.
