Primary outcomes

Items and symptoms of CPAP in CPAP use cases. Other than that, monitoring of airflow and oxygen saturation and snoring sound by simple inspection, and even symptoms. In addition, measurement of 8-OHdG (temporary urine) as oxidative stress.

Key inclusion criteria

A case group of sleep apnea syndrome (obstructive sleep apnea syndrome) diagnosed by the Department of Otolaryngology, Kawasaki Medical School Hospital. A patient who goes to the hospital once a month. Some CPAP users are non-users, including both.Cases with written consent.

Key exclusion criteria

If you are not interested in the Didgeridoo Health Method, have difficulty making sounds, or cannot attend the lesson schedule, and for self-directed lessons, you will not be forced to work every day, but at all. However, if you do not take your own lessons, you will be asked to leave the entry in such cases.

Canceled due to difficulty in recruiting cases due to COVID-19 and inability to secure a place for implementation. Waiting for the end of the COVID-19 wreck, we will make a new project.
