21 community social workers assigned to all regional comprehensive support centers in A Ward (9 men, 12 women, average age 41.2 years, SD = 10.0)
During the period from June to October 2019, a total of three training sessions were conducted, and from August 2019, technical support was provided on how to use the tools according to the conditions of the four basic areas in the ward. An anonymous self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted at three points: before the training (June 2019), after the training was completed (October 2019), and after the intervention (March 2020).
N/A
We asked about the effects of using the tools: (a) whether community social workers clarified community problems that they need to work on, and (b) whether they clarified tasks to solve identified community problems (0-4 points).
