The aim of this systematic review is to investigate the effect of gratitude intervention among workers using a randomized controlled trial design.
(Gratitude intervention is activities designed to cultivate a sense of gratefulness)

1) to investigate the effects of gratitude intervention among workers.
2) to investigate how to conduct gratitude intervention (e.g. way to provide, intervention content, period, frequency).
