Narrative objectives1
This study clarified the current situation and problems of ward nurses' practical training in order to deepen the relationship between ward nurses and students, and examined and presented measures to improve student involvement. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how nurses' training behavior changes using ECTB.

We conduct a questionnaire survey using ECTB and a focus group interview survey on the relationship with students in mental nursing practice. Based on the results, the researcher creates a "measures for improving how to engage with students", presents it to nurses, has them implement it, and re-examines the changes in how to engage with ECTB.

Key inclusion criteria
In the psychiatric nursing practicum from 2018 to 2019, nurses in the ward who have been involved with students as nurses except for researchers will be targeted.
