We will verify the accuracy of the newly developed remote interpreter application MOSHI MOSHI Interactive and clarify the usefulness of remote medical interpreter.

After using MOSHI-MOSHI Interactive, answer the questionnaire about the effect of the App.

After admission to the hospital, when a medical worker gives patients explanation, he/she will have conversation with patients using MOSHI MOSHI Interactive (using a medical interpreter).
After using MOSHI MOSHI Interactive, answer the questionnaire about the effect of the App.

Male and Female
1) Adults and children who cannot speak Japanese so well but have ability of judgment .
2) Adults and children who cannot communicate well in Japanese language with medical workers when visiting a medical institution in Japan and receiving treatment or nursing care.
3) Adults and children whose native language is English, Spanish, Portuguese or Chinese, or who can sufficiently understand his/her disease and the treatment if explanation is given in any of these 4 languages.
4) Adults who themselves are not patient but are parents or custodians of children suffering disease and who satisfy the conditions of the above 1) to 3).
5)Doctors or nurses working at Gunma University Hospital
Foreign patients who can communicate in Japanese as well as Japanese
