Key inclusion criteria

Patients who underwent laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery at 4 Nippon medical school affiliated hospital between January 2015 and December 2018.

Key exclusion criteria

1) Cases with receiving previous abdominal surgery (except for appendicectomy and inguinal hernia repair)
2 )Cases with receiving emergency surgery
3) Cases with creating stoma
4) Cases of concurrent surgery with other diseases
5) Cases with other abdominal surgery within the observation period
