Participants consume the test food daily for 8 weeks. A 75g oral glucose tolerance test is performed for the evaluation of blood biochemical and hormonal markers at baseline, 4 weeks after the commencement of research and 8 weeks after the commencement of research.

1. Age between 65 and 80 years old
2. Not taking any medications and dietary supplements
3. No surgical diseases
4. No smoker
5. A participant who performed weight changes plus or minus 3 kg in the past three months and who has no intention to weight loss during the study.
