Narrative objectives1

1) To investigate the effect of low-load resistance training with slow movement and tonic force generation on muscle strength, muscle thickness, and muscular endurance
2) To investigate the relationship between muscle deoxygenation during resistance exercise and muscle strength, muscle thickness, and muscular endurance
3) To investigate the determinants of muscle deoxygenation during resistance exercise

Key inclusion criteria

Healthy individuals with no regular resistance exercise habit.

Key exclusion criteria

1) Individuals who cannot perform resistance exercise.
2) Individuals who have orthopedic or cardiovascular disease
3) Individuals with whose body mass index is over 30
