NO
To evaluate the feasibility of CT-derived left ventricular maximum principal strain for the prediction of response to cardiac resynchronization therapy in patients with LV dyssynchrony.
Efficacy
To evaluate the feasibility of left ventricular CT MP-strain for predicting outcome: all-cause mortality, cardiac death, hospitalization due to heart failure, therapeutic effect(CRT).
Observational
20 | years-old | <= |
Not applicable |
Male and Female
1. Patients receiving CRT for heart failure who underwent cardiac CT
2. over 20 years old
1.Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to iodine or iodinated contrast media
2.Patients with poorly controlled asthma and patients with uncontrolled hyperthyroidism
3.Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding
4.When the research director or the research subinvestigator determines that it is not appropriate to participate in the research
