The purpose of this study is to determine the mathematical models that estimate one repetition maximum of leg press by parameters obtained from bioelectrical impedance analysis in healthy subjects

Male and Female
Subject who have no orthopedic, internal medicine, and neurological problems that obstruct daily living
Subjects who have no cognitive decline
Subjects who live independently without any social supports and any walking aids
Subject using a pacemaker
Subject who have uncontrolled cardiovascular disease
subject who have pain at any parts of their body
Past history of neurological diseases
Pregnant or possible pregnant
Subjects who have certified long-term care by their municipalities
Subjects over 65 years old who have cognitive decline (Mini Mental State Examination sore less than 23)
