Nursing Students

Key exclusion criteria

1.Students who are receiving psychiatry or psychosomatic care.
2. Students with a low score on the stress check scale (PHRFSCL-SF).
3. Students who are attending lectures of the principal investigator.
4. Students whose score of the stress check scale (PHRFSCL-SF) shows obvious worsening.
