Interventions/Control_1 The IHT will consist of seven sessions, once a week, each lasting from 40 minutes to one hour. The sessions will be conducted using Zoom, a video calling application over the Internet. The session will be facilitated and explained by the research subcontractors.
The session will include an explanation of humor and group work. During the training period, the participants will conduct homework.

20 years-old <=
Age-upper limit
30 years-old >
Gender Male and Female
Key inclusion criteria 1) A university student who has reached the age of majority at the time of obtaining consent.
2) A Person who can utilize the application to receive remote HT.
3) A person who can prepare the communication environment to receive remote HT.
Key exclusion criteria 1) Persons who have received HT prior to obtaining consent.
2) Persons with mental illness.
3) Other persons deemed inappropriate by the principal investigator.
